Dr. Martins I. Imudia

SERVICE, HUMANITY, AND JUSTICE

Brief Bio

Hello, I am Dr. Martins I. Imudia. I was born in 1965 at Oza-Nogogo in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria.

A happily married proud father of two, I am a Nigerian American legal practitioner. I have expertise in U.S. Immigration law, global mobility and business development.

Wedged by the structs of life, I have a lot of spurs that ignite my life indulgences, but the outstanding spark is humanity. I view humanity as a shared investment that requires positive responsibility for social prosperity.

MY APPROACH

Vision

Maintaining the hallmark of excellence, innovation, and uncompromising advocacy for collective effort.

Mission

Deploying a service model that connects industries, the legal community, and multiculturalism, while patenting the future.

Framework

My philosophy is that there is no higher calling than service to mankind.

The Humanitarian

In my spare time, I work on creating sustainable interventions to the challenges of emerging communities.

My commitment and larger family desire to promoting the welfare of others and catalyzing social protection culminated in the birth of Imudia Foundation, a charitable, non-profit organization that provides support to the ‘poor and the vulnerable” and responds to diverse community needs that focuses on the deployment of healthcare, social infrastructure resources, and community development services.

Entrepreneurial Exploits

As a professional when it comes to the nuts and bolts of entrepreneurship, I have a penchant for delivering globally oriented resolutions that could translate into robust novelties.

I am the CEO of Siotoh Holdings LLC – Siotoh Academy, Siotoh Global Mobility, Siotoh General Services, and Otawise Technologies. I am also the Lead Counsel and Managing Partner of Center for U.S. Immigration Services, and one of the Co-Founders of Oza Invest Limited – A social enterprise venture established to bring in direct capital investment into my ancestral home community (Oza-Nogogo) in Nigeria.

"To work for the common good is the greatest creed"
